TeenFX.com FXPrizes - Official Rules

1. PRODUCER

TeenFX.com's FXPrizes ("sweepstakes") is administered and produced by TeenFX.com.

2. ELIGIBILITY

No purchase necessary.

The TeenFX.com sweepstakes is open to any person of any country who resides in locations where the entry of such a contest is legal and lawful. The total number of entries reaching the set criteria that are received determines the odds of winning. All registered users of TeenFX.com are eligible to participate except for the following: employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, and the immediate family members of companies providing prizes and producer, and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion and legal advisors. Void where prohibited by law.

In the event this sweepstakes is compromised in any way, electronically or otherwise, that is beyond the control of the producer, the producer reserves the right to withdraw the transmission of this sweepstakes and award the remaining prizes among entries received prior to the date of the withdrawal.

3. HOW TO ENTER

No purchase or subscription to an Internet service provider is necessary. For purposes of this promotion, an "entrant" shall consist of a person, family, or household with a valid email address for Internet or email entry. Duplicates, copies, and other mechanical reproductions are not permitted. Illegible, or incomplete entries will be disqualified.

Producers are not responsible for lost Internet entries; failed, incomplete, or delayed transmission of Internet entries or for problems with computer, on‑line, Internet communications or damage to user's system as a result of participating in the sweepstakes. Illegible / incomplete entries will be disqualified. False or deceptive entries or acts will render entrants ineligible.

Players become eligible to enter the sweepstakes by using a browser to complete the TeenFX.com registration form, located at www.TeenFX.com. FXPoints are awarded for completion of polls/ surveys/ and the posting of submitted articles, "automatic prizes". The staff, or designee, of TeenFX.com, determines acceptance of articles for posting. All entries that are awarded at a specific time, "dated prizes" must be received by the deadlines set forth in paragraph 4. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means are not eligible.

4. TIME OF SWEEPSTAKES

The sweepstakes are awarded either when the user reaches a designated number of FXPoints as posted on www.TeenFX.com, "automatic prizes" or when a specific date is reached "dated prizes". Dated prizes are awarded at 12:01 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on specific dates that are posted on www.TeenFX.com.

5. PRIZES

All prizes will be awarded. TeenFX.com purchased some of the prizes being awarded in this promotion for use as prizes. The manufacturers of these prizes are not associated or affiliated with, nor have they endorsed, TeenFX.com or this promotion. Any trademarks used in this promotion are the property of the respective trademark owners and are used herein for identification purposes only.

6. SELECTION OF WINNERS

Winners are based upon reaching a certain number of FXPoints "automatic prizes" as designated in the FXPoints page of www.TeenFX.com. Other sweepstakes are awarded according to specific dates, "dated prizes". On or about the posted end date, winners of the dated prizes will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Random drawings will be held under the supervision of TeenFX.com, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. All prizes are guaranteed to be awarded.

No substitutions by winners for prizes. In the event a substitution for a prize becomes necessary due to unavailability, a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted at the sole discretion of the producers. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. All federal, state, and/or other tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of the winners. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner's name, likeness, and statements for publicity purposes without additional compensation or limitation.

The number of eligible entries received from Internet entries will determine odds of winning prizes.

7. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

Winners of automatic prizes will be notified by email. Some prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among eligible entries, held on or about the posted Sweepstakes' end date. Winners of dated prizes will also be notified by email. The prize winner does not need to be online at time of notification. Winners will be required to return an acceptance email and received by TeenFX.com within 90 days of date of notification attempt or an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from the pool of eligible entries. Winners, if under 18, may be required to have a parent/legal guardian execute a Release of Liability form on their behalf. If the producer does not receive a reply to the notification announcement from the winner within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by a subsequent random drawing.

The prizes will be awarded within approximately 4-6 weeks after all required proof and documentation is received. If any dated prize notification or any dated prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner from the pool of entries.

All taxes on prizes, including income taxes, and any incidental expenses associated with collection of a prize are the responsibility of the winner. Winners assume all liability for any damages caused or claimed to be caused by participation or by any prize and release producer from any such liability. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winners' name, city, state, likeness, and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity without additional compensation.

8. CONDITIONS

The sweepstakes is governed by these official rules. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules, and understand that the results of the sweepstakes are final in all respects. All decisions regarding the sweepstakes including, but not limited to scoring and winner selection will be made by the producer, whose decisions shall be final.

All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited/restricted by law. Employees and their families of TeenFX.com and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, agencies, and participating retailers are not eligible.

The producer may prohibit you from participating in this sweepstakes or any future producer game if, at the sole discretion of the producer, you repeatedly show a disregard for producer rules, or act (i) in an unsportsmanlike manner, (ii) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other player or producer representative, or (iii) in any other disruptive manner.

The winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. All federal, state, and local laws apply.

By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold the producer, TeenFX.com, www.TeenFX.com, and prize companies, as well as their respective employees, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, participating retailers, and agencies harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Further, producer is not in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Winner assumes all liability for injuries caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this sweepstakes. Producer reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should virus, bugs, or other causes beyond the control of the producer corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the sweepstakes. Producer is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software, or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, or delays in computer transmission or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Producer is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by error of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the sweepstakes. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or producer cannot contact winners for any reason, prize may be forfeited. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within 90 days of notification or prize may be forfeited.

The sweepstakes may be terminated without prior notice; however, prizes will still be awarded. In the event of early termination of the sweepstakes, all prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received through the date on which the sweepstakes is terminated.

For the name of the dated prize winner of the TeenFX.com sweepstakes, visit the FXPoints page of www.TeenFX.com.
