      Not only is TeenFX.com absolutely FREE, but it gives you many opportunities to win cool prizes.

I have a problem viewing pages on TeenFX.com. What can I do?
      There may be a few reasons why you might having problems viewing our web content. Here a common problems and solutions to fix them:

   If you cannot register or TeenFX.com website "doesn't remember you" you probably have your cookies turned off. In Internet Explorer, you can turn them on by clicking on Tools-> Internet Options-> Security->Custom Level->Scroll down to cookies and check ENABLE option.
In Netscape, you can turn them on by clicking on Edit->Preferences->Advanced->Check: "Accept all cookies"

   If the layout of the website doesn't look right or you have a problem navigating our menus:

1. Get the newest browser. If you are using an old browser you should definately get a new one.
   We strongly suggest Internet Explorer 5.5 Download IE 5.5
2. If animations are the problem, Download Flash 5

   If you are an AOL user, try to use Internet Explorer instead of the AOL browser. Web performance will increase dramatically!

My E-mail address has changed. How do I update my personal info?
      Go to the My options page. In the Email Address textbox highlight your old E-mail address and type in the new one. Using this method you can change all your personal information.

What are the FX POINTS^© and how do I use them?
      You earn the FX POINTS^© by i.e: Coming to the TeenFX.com website, completing polls, completing surveys, writing articles etc... To use your FX POINTS^©, go to FX POINTS STORE where you can redeem your points for many cool prizes.

How do I earn FX POINTS?^©
      There is a lot of ways to earn FX Points. Here is a list:

Logging in Everyday	5	Points are awarded each day you log in and visit TeenFX.com
Vote on an FX User Poll	5	FX Points are awarded for voting on a TeenFX User poll (one that has been created by a TeenFX user.)
Complete a User Quiz	5	Complete a User Quiz and receive FX Points.
Create a Poll	10	Create your own poll and receive FX Points. If we publish the poll as a Featured Poll you will receive 100 FX Points. You can only post 10 polls per product page per month.
Vote on an FX Featured Poll	20	FX points are awarded upon completing any single featured poll (one that is the main poll for a particular page.)
Publish a Quiz	20	Develop a Quiz and if it gets published you earn FX Points.
Create an FX Profile	50	Create a message board profile and get FX points. You will find the profile form on the 'My Options' page.
Publish an Article	50	Submit an article and if it is posted on the TeenFX.com website you will get FX points. You can only post 10 articles per product page per month.
Complete a Survey	50	Complete a survey and you get FX points.
Refer a Friend	100	Refer a friend by entering their email address in the form on the 'Tell a Friend' page. Then, if your friend registers you will get the FX points. Maximum of 30 friends. Important: Your friend has to sign up using the email address you gave us, otherwise we will not know that it was you who did the referral.
Post a TeenFX link on your site	100	Copy and paste this code onto your web page: <a href="http://www.teenfx.com">TeenFX.com</a> Then send us an email with the URL address of your web page. After we see the TeenFX link on your web page, you will receive the FX points. You may put the TeenFX link on a maximum of 2 different webpages.
Post a TeenFX banner on your site	200	Copy and paste this code onto your web page: <a href="http://www.teenfx.com"><img src="http://www.teenfx.com/images/TeenFX_Banner.gif" width="468" height="60" border="0" alt="TeenFX.com"></a> Make sure the TeenFX.com banner is in upper part of your web page (so you don't have to scroll to see it.) Then send us an email with the URL address of your web page. After we see the TeenFX banner on your web page, you will receive the FX points. You may put the TeenFX banner on a maximum of 2 different webpages.
Registration	500	Sign up (if you haven't already) and receive 500 FX Points. * You are not allowed to transfer FX-points to another TeenFX.com account. * *If you have more than 1 account on TeenFX.com, each account MUST be signed under a different e-mail address. You will not recieve any FX-Prizes if you have multiple accounts with the same e-mail address.
