And you can't do drugs. No one wants the base to have a hangover as they are throwing you ten feet up into the air. If you still believe all cheerleaders are mean, and sluts, and ditzy, take some time to visit a practive and talk to some of them. You blame them for ignoring you, but have you ever tried talking to them? I won't just talk to any old person. so think again before you talk smack, you blame us for steriotypping ppl, but u do the exact same thing!! and it's not all of you, most of you are great ppl, just a few of you need a reality check. peace, and god be with you all!!

cheerleaders are hard core athletes. some of the greatest people of our time were cheerleaders. halle berry, george w bush, and teddy roosevelt to name a few. we are not just flirts in skirts. it takes time managment, grades need to be kept up, and all practices must be attended. we aren't ditzes, our squad had the highest GPa average for all fall sport teams. it's about optimism, and being postive. Cheerleaders don't care what others think, they just go with what feels right.

People who say cheerleaders are preps and stuff like that needs to backoff cuz me and all my friends are cheerleaders and we own skateboards and are like skate freaks!! Because I'm a cheerleader, and I think that you non-cheerleaders that are dissing us need to be shown what we do in our practices, and stuff like that. Until you've seen what we have to do to get the spirit a goin' don't say a thing. I think we really should be credited for all our hard work, and determination. I think I've said enough, and I'll let you non-cheerleaders people be little brats.

wow alll you kids out there that think cheerleadings not a sport why dont u go to a real cheerleading teams practice, im only 14 and we still throw girls up 10-15 feet in the air, hold a girl up w/ one hand while shes twisting or balancing on one leg, we jump to perfection, we dance like theres no tmrow, and we tumble...not many ppl can tumble like fairport can. This woman might not be a hard-core cheerleader like some of us out there but hey at least shes done all those other amazing things. I know the varsity squad from fairport, NY won Grand Champions in florida a couple months ago...they won the best cheerleading squad in the usa. why dont u go watch a tape or go to a practice from our varsity squad. You'll then see what a real cheerleading squad is. and stop being retarded and saying shes a slut...if she is that means that about 1/50 of all us citizens are sluts just b/c we cheerlead

I really enjoy watching cheer leading and the sequences that the cheer leaders do. Their costumes maybe alittle sexy for some but they do add a bit of color and interest to the games.

well as she was asking is Sex something that is influenced in school, I know it is. Pretty much if you are a guy and not getting any then you are called gay and if you are a girl and not putting out then you are straight. I mean in school a lot of the students think that most everyone is having sex so they to should. I know for sure that morals play a big part in this but when it comes down to it it's giving in to the peer preasure or standing on your morals.

To bonnie, I think that what you've done in the cheeleading career is awesome..I'm a cheeleader and people like you that have stuck w/ what they love doing is such an inspiration to all of us. You stuck w/ it when people criticize us cheerleaders for calling it a sport when it's not..I personally don't think it is a sport unless it is in the compition level, or like you when you get payed, Alot of people don't know this but pro. cheerleaders only get payed around 50 bucks a game which i think is crazy and they should recieve much more :) so thanks for sticking w/ it :) *\0/*

I used to think that cheerleading was just a way to have fun and I thought that anyone who said it was hard work was crazy. That's until I met my bestfriends little sister. Her freshmen year she made the varsity team at our high school and she busts her a$$ to make sure she's perfect. She practices everyday(including weekends and summers) and she is AWESOME!!!

Ive watched xfl cheerleaders and i think they are a disgrace to REAL cheerleaders. This is exactly why cheerleaders get a bad rep!

I am currently a model/actress/dancer. I am also a cheerleader for the XFL Los Angeles Extreme.
The XFL Cheerleaders have different projects in the works including new TV commercials, guest appearances on TV shows, and magazine layouts. Our games are nationally televised each Sat on NBC. Make sure to watch!!!!
