When I redeem my FX Points for an item in the FX Store, will I lose those points?

Yes, when you make a purchase from the FX Store you will lose the amount of FX Points that the item is worth.



Will I be asked to pay any shipping and handling fees for items in the FX Store?

No, there is not a fee for ordering an item in the FX Store.



What happens if I change my mind, and I want something different?

Once you make a purchase from the FX Store that purchase is final and no exchanges or returns are allowed.



How can I add an item to my Wish List?

You can add an item to your Wish List by clicking on SEE MORE INFO and then click on ADD TO WISH LIST. Click here to find out more about the Wish List.



What do I do if I have to choose a style for an item?

Once you receive the email confirming your order you should reply to it within 48 hours stating what style you would like. If you do not respond within 48 hours TeenFX will choose one for you.



How long does it take for me to receive my order?

All orders are shipped within 4-6 weeks



What is My Basket?

When you are in the FX Store you click on ADD TO BASKET when choose the item you want to purchase. Before you proceed to CHECKOUT you can view what you have ordered by clicking on VIEW MY BASKET. If you choose to cancel an item before proceeding to checkout click on DELETE AN ITEM either in the VIEW MY BASKET or after clicking on ADD TO BASKET.



What is Checkout?

Checkout is where you go to complete your order. You can also verify and edit your address here if needed.



If the prize I want is in the FX Store, does that mean it is in stock?

Most of the time when an item is listed FX Store then it is available, but quantities are limited.
